Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Floater Teacher at our Jewish Early Learning Center at Temple Beth Avodah. As a Floater Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children aged [15 months-5 years old] and contribute to their learning and development. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and enjoy working with young children. Option of 2-5 days. Starting salary is $20.00 per hour. Certification programs and training offered. Responsibilities Provide support to teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans Assist with the supervision of children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth Encourage and facilitate the development of language, motor, and communication skills through various acttivities Collaborate with other staff members to create and maintain a clean and organized environment Requirements [Experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting] preferred Passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to early childhood development Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and work harmoniously with different leachers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Powered by JazzHR
